This policy explains what information Truffle ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Truffle is operated by Two Trick Pony Enterprise.

• Account data — your name, email address, and organization when you join the waitlist or create an account.
• Connected code — the repositories, documentation and API specifications you choose to connect, so we can answer questions about them.
• Usage data — the questions asked and answers returned, and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use your information

We use it to provide the service — indexing your connected sources, answering your team's questions, billing, support, and keeping the service secure and reliable.

Your code

Your code is used only to answer your team's questions. We do not use your code to train shared or third-party AI models. You can disconnect a source and request deletion of its index at any time.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure and AI providers required to run the service, under agreements that limit their use to serving you.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active, and delete it (or the relevant parts) on request or after account closure, subject to legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.
