Terms of Service

Last updated September 3, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of Truffle, operated by Two Trick Pony Enterprise. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Truffle lets your team ask plain-English questions about codebases and connected sources. During early access, features may change and availability is not guaranteed.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must have the right to connect any repository or data source you add.

Acceptable use

Don't use Truffle to break the law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You keep ownership of the code and data you connect. You grant us the limited rights needed to index it and answer your team's questions, and nothing more.

Billing

Paid plans are billed as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.

Disclaimers

Truffle is provided "as is". Answers are generated automatically and may be incomplete or wrong — verify anything you rely on. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll post the new date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice.
