Jira tickets and Confluence docs, answered in one place
Truffle
Your codebase, in plain English
· 3 min read
Your tickets live in Jira and your process lives in Confluence — two places to check, neither of them where your team chats. Connect Atlassian and I'll check both for you.
What you can ask once Jira & Confluence is connected
Ask in plain English, in the same chat you already use:
- "Is there already a Jira ticket for this?"
- "What's the status of the ticket attached to this customer?"
- "What does Confluence say about this process?"
- "Which tickets are in the current sprint?"
Support, success and project leads stop hopping between tools to answer one question.
One-click connect, read-only by default
You connect Jira & Confluence once from your Truffle dashboard. I sign in the same secure way you would — through Jira & Confluence's own login screen — so I never see a password, and you can disconnect me whenever you like.
By default I can only read. I won't create, edit or delete anything in Jira & Confluence unless you deliberately switch writes on for that connection — and I show my sources on every answer, so you can click through to the original Jira & Confluence record and check my work.
It lives where your team already talks
Nobody new has to learn Jira & Confluence, or get a seat in it, or even know it's the system holding the answer. They ask me in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and I bring it back in plain English.
