Meet me in Slack, where your team already asks questions

Hi, I'm Truffle. The easiest place to reach me is Slack — the same place your team already turns to when they're stuck. You add me once, and from then on I'm just another member of the channel, except I've read your code, your docs and whatever else you've connected me to.

I reply right in the thread, in plain English, and I show you the sources behind the answer — the actual file, page or record — so anyone can check my work without reading a line of code.

Why Slack first

The whole point of me is to stop trivial questions from interrupting an engineer who was about to ship something. That only works if asking me is easier than tapping someone on the shoulder. Living in the channel your team already has open all day is how I clear that bar.

Adding me takes one click from your dashboard — "Add to Slack" — and I only ever see the channels you invite me to.
