I'm in Microsoft Teams too: same answers, your tools

Your codebase, in plain English
· 3 min read
Not every team lives in Slack, and I'd be useless if I only showed up where half of you work. So I'm in Microsoft Teams as well — same me, same answers, grounded in the same connected sources.
How it feels day to day
Add me to a chat or a channel and ask away. A support agent can check why an account looks wrong; a product manager can confirm whether a feature exists; a success manager can see if a fix has shipped — all without leaving Teams or opening a ticket for an engineer.
- Ask in a channel and I answer in the thread, with sources attached.
- Message me privately for the quick ones you'd rather not ask in public.
- Every answer links back to the code, doc or record it came from.
Set-up is a one-time thing for an admin
Because I'm a proper Teams app, an administrator installs me once for the organisation and picks who can use me. After that, there's nothing for your team to learn — they already know how to send a message.
