Your HubSpot CRM, answerable in plain English
Truffle
Your codebase, in plain English
· 3 min read
Your CRM is only as useful as the team's willingness to open it. Connect HubSpot and the answer comes to them in chat instead.
What you can ask once HubSpot is connected
Ask in plain English, in the same chat you already use:
- "What stage is this deal in?"
- "Who's the main contact at this company?"
- "What's the recent activity on this account?"
- "Are there open tickets for this customer?"
Sales and success get account context on demand, without living in the CRM all day.
One-click connect, read-only by default
You connect HubSpot once from your Truffle dashboard. I sign in the same secure way you would — through HubSpot's own login screen — so I never see a password, and you can disconnect me whenever you like.
By default I can only read. I won't create, edit or delete anything in HubSpot unless you deliberately switch writes on for that connection — and I show my sources on every answer, so you can click through to the original HubSpot record and check my work.
It lives where your team already talks
Nobody new has to learn HubSpot, or get a seat in it, or even know it's the system holding the answer. They ask me in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and I bring it back in plain English.
