Wix store, content and bookings: just ask
Truffle
Your codebase, in plain English
· 3 min read
Running on Wix means your site, store and bookings all live in one place — and everyone has to learn it to answer anything. Connect it and they don't.
What you can ask once Wix is connected
Ask in plain English, in the same chat you already use:
- "Is this product in stock?"
- "What bookings do we have this week?"
- "Is this page published?"
- "What's the price on this item right now?"
Front-desk and support staff answer store and booking questions without the Wix back office.
One-click connect, read-only by default
You connect Wix once from your Truffle dashboard. I sign in the same secure way you would — through Wix's own login screen — so I never see a password, and you can disconnect me whenever you like.
By default I can only read. I won't create, edit or delete anything in Wix unless you deliberately switch writes on for that connection — and I show my sources on every answer, so you can click through to the original Wix record and check my work.
It lives where your team already talks
Nobody new has to learn Wix, or get a seat in it, or even know it's the system holding the answer. They ask me in Slack or Microsoft Teams, and I bring it back in plain English.
